Vegan//Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Basically a MUST HAVE! I make these on a weekly basis, and freeze them.  They are great when you are craving something sweet, or used as a pre-workout snack.


  • 3 mashed bananas
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  1. Mix all ingredients together well.
  2. Drop onto a greased baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.
